Optomed Plc collects information from our users at several different points on our web sites. With whom does Optomed Plc share my information?

Where do we store personal data?

We primarily process personal data on servers located within the EU/EEA.

However, we may need to transfer your personal data from a location within the EU/EEA to a third country. Right of access by the data subject

Each website registrant or newsletter subscriber has a right to obtain what data of him or her is being processed.

The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject shall have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.

The GDPR also provides our website registrants and/or newsletter subscribers a right to have their information erased from our database.

Right to restriction of processing

The data subject has a right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing. In this case, there is no situation where restriction would be in use, the registrant may use the right to erasure instead.

Right to data portability

The data subject has a right to receive the personal data concerning him or her.

Right to object

The data subject has a right to object the processing of personal data concerning him or her. In this case, the registrant may use the right to erasure.
