Optomed is constantly working towards developing user friendly products and improving customer satisfaction. Based on customer feedback, we are now happy to present the latest software upgrade with product usability improvements to Optomed Aurora camera.

New key features of the SW 3.3.2

Faster and smarter autofocus
Autofocus is now two times faster than in previous software versions. This enables quicker and more accurate imaging.

Image Quality Analysis
Traffic lights to indicate image brightness, reflections and shadowing, and sharpness. When Image Quality Analysis is enabled, clear color symbols assist the user to evaluate the quality of the captured image.

Four image sequence
Two images are taken of both eyes, and the camera guides the user which eye to image and automatically changes target led accordingly. This feature is useful especially for diabetic retinopathy screening.
