Meet Harri Rissanen, Sales Manager of Optomed.

Tell us about your background and role at Optomed

I’m a salesperson, have done sales work since 1986 and have been selling IT solutions since 1997. I started working for Commit in 2004 to acquire new customers and deals for the company and the role is still the same at Optomed.

I have been married for over 30 years and I have two adult children living on their own. As a hobby, I play ball games, mainly bowling, badminton, and in summer golf.

What do you like best at your job?

My work is interesting and I have the opportunity to work with many different people and the best experts and no day is the same. In addition, independent and responsible work motivates me to do my best every day and come up with new ways to get deals.

What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?

I suppose long-term colleagues know everything about me, if not too much. Well, I play guitar for my own pleasure and to the chagrin of others.
