As the HR Manager, you will take full ownership of our HR operations. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining, auditing, and strengthening the core HR foundations already established. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on role, eager to dive into the details and lead HR initiatives with a proactive, can-do attitude.

In addition, we serve various healthcare customers with our software offering in Finland. Our cameras are sold through different channels in over 60 countries. We have offices in Espoo, Oulu and Tampere in Finland and local business also in China and in the US. Currently, we employ over 100 talented individuals.
Your Responsibilities:
- Co-designing and executing on country-level HR strategy for our operations in Finland.
- Collaborating and sparring with segment leaders to define tactical and strategic ways to address short and long term challenges.
- Managing all operational people processes throughout the employment lifecycle
- Active management of monthly payroll processes
- Owning all HR policies and practices
- HR related Communications
- Ensuring general HR compliance
- Driving a positive employee relations culture
Your Qualifications
- A solid generalist HR background and multi-year experience
- Strong knowledge of the Finnish legal landscape and statutory requirements when it comes to employment legislation, payroll and statutory reporting.
- Solid business acumen complemented by a strong internal and external customer service focus
- Strong communication skills, with full working fluency in English and Finnish.
- A problem-solving and can-do attitude combined with networking skills, assertiveness and the willingness to take initiative.
